Refund Rules

1. Refund Eligibility
Clients may request a refund within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of payment, provided the request is submitted through:
- A written application, or
- An email sent from the registered client email address.
If the refund request is approved and falls within the eligible period, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Amount
The remaining 50% of the payment is considered compensation for:
- Project planning and consultation
- Resource allocation
- Research and strategy development
- Administrative and operational costs
- Work initiated or completed by our team
Therefore, only 50% of the eligible payment amount can be refunded.
3. Third-Party Services & Charges
Any costs paid to third-party providers are subject to the respective provider’s refund policies and are not controlled by TechnoOptimize. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Domain registration
- Web hosting
- Cloud services
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Software licenses and subscriptions
- SMS, WhatsApp, email marketing platforms
- Payment gateway fees
- Other third-party tools and integrations
Refunds related to such services will be processed strictly according to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider.
4. Services Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Requests made after 15 days from the payment date.
- Completed projects or services already delivered.
- Change of mind after project initiation.
- Delays caused by the client due to non-submission of required information, approvals, or content.
- Services suspended due to violation of our terms and conditions.
- Advertising budgets already spent on marketing platforms.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must provide:
- Full Name
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Invoice or Payment Reference Number
- Reason for Refund Request
- Registered Email Address
Refund requests can be submitted via our official email or written communication channels.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to banking and payment gateway processing times.
7. Policy Updates
TechnoOptimize reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
