Refund Policy for Technoptimize

At Technoptimize, we are committed to providing quality services tailored to our clients’ needs. However, if a client is dissatisfied with our services, we offer a clear and fair refund policy as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Partial Refund:

Clients may request a 50% refund within 15 days of the commencement of the service.

Refund requests submitted after the 15-day period will not be considered.

Third-Party Charges:

Refunds for third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting, email services, or cloud services) are subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers. Technoptimize will not be responsible for these refunds.

Ad Budget:

Any ad budget paid to ad networks (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is non-refundable. The associated ad account will be handed over to the client upon request.

If the client opts to receive the unused ad budget in cash, the refund will be processed after a 10% deduction from the remaining balance.

Non-Refundable Services:

Certain services, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting, email services, and cloud solutions, are strictly non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Refund Request Process:

      • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@technoptimize.in, clearly explaining the reasons for dissatisfaction.
      • Technoptimize will evaluate all refund requests and respond within 5-7 business days.

   2. Service Termination:

      • Upon refund approval, all services provided by Technoptimize will be terminated immediately.
      • Any deliverables provided up to the date of termination will remain the property of the client.

   3. Misuse and Breach:

      • Refunds will not be granted if the client has violated the terms of the service agreement, misused the service, or engaged in any form of misconduct.

   4. Exclusions:

      • Refunds are not applicable to promotional offers, discounted packages, or bundled services.

   5. Legal Compliance:

      • This refund policy is governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising from this policy will fall under the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh Judiciary.
